Daniel Radcliffe Joins Now You See Me Sequel

The sequel to last years box-office smash, Now You See Me, has been in the pipeline for a while now, and it now seems to be full-steam ahead for the Four Horseman’s return, with former ‘wizarding’ extraordinaire Daniel Radcliffe now attached to the project.

Daniel Radcliffe, who seems to be going through a post-Potter image revolution these days following the release of critically-acclaimed films Horns (2014) and What If (2013), joins fellow new cast member, Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex), who looks poised to take over one of the Horseman reigns from original cast member Isla Fischer, who will not be reprising her role.

While the plot is yet to be confirmed, original cast members Jesse EisenbergWoody HarrelsonMichael CaineMark RuffaloMorgan Freeman, and Dave Franco are all set to return, with Step Up 2 director Jon M. Chu signed on to direct.

Now You See Me 2 is slated for release on June 10, 2016.
